Yes — returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn and in its original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange: 1) Fill in the contact for with your order number and reason for return. 2) We will provide a return label or instructions. 3) Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged.

Silver pieces can be worn in water, though we recommend removing all items before bathing or swimming to preserve their finish and patina.
All watches receive a complete professional service unless otherwise stated. Vintage watches are not water-resistant unless explicitly guaranteed.
